Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an excellent superconductive property by making the first membrane which consists of a material composing an oxide superconductor on an oxygen ion conductive substrate as a positive electrode, the second membrane which consists of a precious metal as a negative electrode, and giving an electrical heating process in the ambiance including oxygen. CONSTITUTION:After a material including an oxide of component elements of an oxide superconductor is mixed up sufficiently, it is baked temporarily and crushed. The resultant powder is made into a paste for printing or utilized for the material powder for spraying or the like, and the first membrane of the superconductor is formed on a substrate. Then the second membrane which consists of a precious metal is formed on the oxygen ion conductive substrate. And since oxygen ions are delivered through the substrate and active oxygen ions are generated at the first membrane by making the first membrane into a positive electrode and the second membrane into a negative electrode, and by applying a current for heat treatment in the ambiance including oxygen, an oxygen annealing can be carried out efficiently. In such a way, the superconductive property can be improved.
