- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非磁性の金属を絞り加工により略逆さ碗状に形
成した基体と、 該基体の表面に施したセラミツクス等からなる
硬質の被膜層と、 合成樹脂或いは非磁性の金属等からなり、前記
基体下端内周縁が肉厚となるよう少なくとも基体
の内周面下方部に接着により取付けられる内部材
とから構成したことを特徴とする紡績用ロータリ
ーデイスク。
