Abstract

Subsequently, UV rays is projected by an UV lamp 4 to cure the paint 2. As a result, a stably cured material can be easily obtained even when the temp. is varied in the range 0-40 deg.C under the ordinary UV curing conditions at the standard temp. of 20 deg.C.
