Claims (1)
- ブリツジ接続されたサイリスタユニツトを複数
ユニツト並列に接続し、これらのサイリスタユニ
ツト毎に位相制御回路を設け、その位相を制御し
て交流電力を直流電力に変換するサイリスタ整流
装置において、前記各サイリスタユニツトに設け
られ、サイリスタの温度又はその周辺温度が設定
値に達したときに検出信号を出す温度検出回路と
、これら温度検出回路に接続され、該温度検出回
路の出力信号により前記サイリスタユニツトのゲ
ートをロツクするスイツチ回路と、前記温度検出
回路に接続され、該温度検出回路の検出信号を入
力してこの検出信号を判別して動作判定信号を出
す動作判定回路と、該動作判定回路と接続され、
その動作判定回路の動作判定信号により過電流の
垂下点を変更する過電流垂下回路とを備えたこと
を特徴としたサイリスタ整流装置。
