Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain the simultaneous molding of a plurality of laminates under different molding conditions, by a method wherein pressures in remaining vacuum bags are switched from vacuums to a pressure equal to the inside pressure of a pressure vessel when either one of all molded bodies has arrived at the optimum timing for starting pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:The inside of vacuum bags 15, 15B, in which molded bodies 17A, 17B are received, is evacuated and the inside of a pressure vessel 1 is heated. The temperature of the molded body 17A is detected by a temperature detector 23. When the molded body 17A has arrived at the optimum timing TA for starting pressurizing, a three-way valve 28 is operated to switch over a pressure in the vacuum bag 15B into a pressure equal to the pressure in the pressure vessel simultaneously with the pressurizing of the inside of the pressure vessel 1. The temperature of the molded body 17B is detected and when it has arrived at the optimum timing TB for starting pressurizing, the inside of the vacuum bag 15B is evacuated. After a predetermined time has elapsed, heating is switched into cooling and, then, high-pressure gas in the pressure vessel 1 is discharged. The molded bodies 17A, 17B, having different optimum timings for starting pressurizing, are molded at the same time in such a manner.
