EXAMPLE: 7-( cis-3-Amino-4-methoxy-1-pyrrolidinyl )-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-di hydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid.hydrochloride.
USE: A remedy for microbism.
PREPARATION: For example, a 4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine compound expressed by formula III (Z is halogen; R7 is methyl, etc.) is reacted with a 3-amino- pyrrolidine compound expressed by formula IV and the resultant product is then hydrolyzed to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
