Structure of conventional example and its problems In conventional vertical electric stoves, the heater coil in the quartz tube sometimes breaks due to impact from dropping during transportation. As shown in FIG.
A vertical quartz tube type heater unit 102 built into the heating unit 1 is made red hot, and a reflector plate 103 on the back is used to collect heat by radiant heat reflected in the front. FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of the vertical quartz tube type heater unit 102. 104 is a cylindrical quartz tube, 105 is a conical ceramic end cap installed on the upper and lower edges of the quartz tube 104;
106 is a heater coil in which a heating wire is formed into a coil shape and then fired at a high temperature to form an oxide insulating film on its surface; 107 is a lead straight portion that is a part of the heater coil 106; and 108 is a heater coil 106.
This is a cylindrical insulator made of ceramics to prevent the lead straight portion 107 from being thermally deformed by the weight of the heater coil 106 after being energized and heated to red heat. The process of disconnection will be described at A and B in Figure 3. Although the product shown in Figure 1 is transported in a packaged state,
Due to the shape of the package, the product may be dropped from the upper surface, that is, from the side where the insulator 108 is not included. At this time, depending on the height of the drop, the strength of the lead straight portion 107 may not be able to support the load of the spring-like heater coil 106. The state is shown in FIG. 3A. The portion of the straight line portion 107 is pressurized and compressed. As mentioned above, this heating wire is less brittle because it is fired at a high temperature, so depending on the diameter of the heating wire, it will break when it becomes as shown in FIG. 3A. Alternatively, if the wire is dropped in the opposite direction again after it becomes as shown in FIG. This is shown in Figure 3B. Although FIG. 3B shows a break in the upper straight lead part, breakage in the lower lead straight part may also occur when tensile force is applied. In any case, it is undesirable to have a large proportion of the occurrence during transportation.

Purpose of the invention The present invention solves these conventional drawbacks, and is designed to prevent excessive drop shocks during packaging.
The purpose is to prevent the heater coil from moving using the insulator, and to improve product quality maintenance.

In the figure, 1 is a cylindrical quartz tube, 2 is a heater coil with an insulating oxide film formed on the surface of the heating wire so that it can be used as a vertical type, 3 is a straight line extending from both ends of the heater coil 2, and 4 is a heater coil. Made of ceramics, the inner diameter part of which is penetrated by the heater coil linear part 3,
A cylindrical insulator, 5 a conical ceramic end cap installed on the upper and lower edges of the quartz tube 1, and 6 a terminal for connecting an external lead wire and a heating wire. Here, there is almost no gap between the wires of the heater coil 2, and the wires are in close contact with each other, and the outer diameter of the coil winding is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the insulator 4.

Even if the electric stove in which the heater unit of the above configuration is incorporated is subjected to a drop impact from either the upper or lower direction while being packaged during transportation, either the upper or lower insulator 4 will support the weight of the heater coil 2, and the impact will be applied to the opening straight section 3. prevent

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, cylindrical insulators having approximately the same outer diameter as the heater coil are installed at both ends of the heater coil used as a vertical type.
This prevents the heater coil from moving due to impact during transportation, so no stress is applied to the straight part of the heater coil, which prevents the straight part of the heater coil from breaking, which is highly effective in maintaining quality. It is.
