Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 醗酵した大容量の生地を入れるホツパーと、駆
    動源によつて揺動するピストンレバー及びナイフ
    レバーと、前記ホツパーの下方開口部を開閉方向
    に進退動するナイフと、一端が前記ナイフレバー
    の先端に回動自在に連結され且つ他端が前記ナイ
    フの退動方向側の端部に回動自在に連結されたナ
    イフロツドと、前記ホツパーの下方開口部と連通
    し且つ前記ナイフの進退動方向に作動室を有する
    シリンダと、該シリンダと前記ナイフとによつて
    四方を囲まれた作動室内を前記ナイフと同方向に
    進退動するピストンと、一端が該ピストンの退動
    方向側の端部に回動自在に連結され且つ他端が前
    記ピストンレバーの先端に回動自在に連結された
    ピストンロツドと、前記シリンダのピストン進動
    側の端部に設けられた分割ポケツトとを具備し、
    前記ホツパーからシリンダ内に吸引された生地を
    前記ピストンの進動により分割ポケツトに押し出
    すように構成した分割機において、 少なくとも、前記ピストンレバーを揺動させる
    駆動源に、油圧シリンダを使用すると共に、該油
    圧シリンダのストローク量を可変制御し且つ前記
    ピストンから生地に作用する最大加圧力が一定と
    なるように該油圧シリンダの押圧力を制御する油
    圧回路を設けたことを特徴とする分割機。
