Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit the restarting operation of an air conditioner by using a nonvolatile memory means to read out the operation mode information stored right before a cut-off state and to decide an operation mode so that the restarting operation can be automatically carried out. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 8 supplies a flag FM to its element F out of a nonvolatile memory means 7 which can be electrically rewritten. Then the computer 8 decides the flag F and sets a restart mode when the flag F is set at 1. Then the computer 8 supplies the information needed for control through an input circuit 5 and performs the arithmetic processing based on various input information, the state of the flag F, etc., to deliver the information needed for an output circuit for control of an air conditioner. The computer 8 decides whether the operating state of the air conditioner has a change or not. If so, the computer 8 decide the state of the flag F and sets the flag F of the memory element of the computer 8 to the flag FM in the means 7.
