Claims (1)
- 金属を膜状に蒸着した誘電体フイルムを巻回し
て得られた柱状素子の外周面全体に絶縁フイルム
を巻き付けて外皮を形成し、その外皮の両端を熱
収縮させた上で、前記各外皮端の熱収縮部を含ん
で前記素子の両端部全面に金属溶射によつて引出
電極部を形成し、さらに、前記素子全体を樹脂モ
ールドによつて被覆してなるモールドコンデンサ
。
