Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自載式堆肥散布機に関するもので、従
来、堆肥散布機で散布する場合に堆肥積込み、圃
場までの運搬、散布の三つの工程があり、その積
込み時には牽引していたトラクタに堆肥積込み機
を装着して、または堆肥積込み機を装着した他の
トラクタで堆肥の積込みを行なつていた。

る。荷枠aは前壁1及び左右側壁2,3と底板4
からなり、底板4後端を前記左右側壁2,3より
延設し後縁部に断面鋭角の接地突片24を形成
す。この底板4前部にはコンベヤbが配置されて
左側方に回動する。そのコンベヤbの左側端上方
で且つ左側壁3から外方へ延設した位置に散布部
cを配置する。その散布部cはビータ6と落ちこ
ぼれ防止板7と規制枠8から構成される。dは前
記前壁1から延設して設けた掻込装置で、前記前
壁1に固着し、上方に突設した支持板9の下部に
マスト10の基部を枢支し、フオーク状の掻込材
11を先端に枢支する。その掻込材11は第7図
に示すように補助板11′を取付可能に設け、上
部両側を固定し、下部は補助板11′の嵌合部2
2と掻込材11のフオーク下部とを嵌合させる。
そのマスト10中間上面と前記支持板9上部、マ
スト10中間下面と前記掻込材11とをそれぞれ
シリンダ12,13で連結する。eは右側壁3に
設けた昇降装置で、前記床板4の下面に軸14を
軸支し、その両端にアーム15を固着する。その
アーム15の先端に車輪16を軸支し、そのアー
ム15のほぼ中間と右側壁3の上部とをシリンダ
17で連結する。5は牽引桿で前壁1の下部前面
に基部を固着して前方に突設する。18は入力軸
で、トラクタ後部のPTO軸(図示しない)より
ユニバーサルジヨイント19を介して駆動され、
ビータ駆動軸20とコンベヤ駆動軸21を駆動さ
せてビータ6とコンベヤbを駆動する。23は油
圧ユニツトでシリンダ12,13,17と連結ホ
ースで連結され、油圧ユニツト23に設けたレバ
ーによつてそれぞれを作動する。尚、トラクタ三
点装着にして昇降させても要旨は変らない。

トラクタのドローバーに牽引桿5を介して連結し
て以下の作業を行なう。まず堆肥の積込みを行な
う場合は第4図に示すように、堆肥置場に本実施
例の堆肥散布機後部の接地突片24を接地させ堆
肥底部へ進行させて第1次積込みをする。さらに
トラクタの操縦席に乗つたままでシリンダ17を
作動して荷枠aを所望の位置に制御し(第4図)、
シリンダ12を作動してマスト10を上下に回動
し、シリンダ13を作動して掻込板11を前後に
回動させて荷枠a後部から堆肥を掻込む。その動
作を繰返して堆肥を積込む。前記掻込材11には
堆肥の種類により補助板11′を取付ける。堆肥
積込み後は、堆肥落下防止として前記掻込板11
を垂直に位置させて後壁として用いる。そして、
シリンダ17を作動させて荷枠aを上昇させて圃
場である果樹園に運搬する。そして堆肥を散布す
る場合は、樹間を走行してトラクタのPTO軸を
駆動させ、ユニバーサルジヨイント19を介して
入力軸18を駆動させてビータ6とコンベヤbを
作動させる。そのコンベヤbにより移送された堆
肥をビータ6で側方へ飛散させる。この時、後壁
として用いていた掻込材11をシリンダ12とシ
リンダ13を作動させて堆肥を前方に押しやりコ
ンベヤbに供給する。前記規制枠8は果樹園用と
して上下の飛散角度を狭くしているが圃場によつ
て規制枠8を変えて用いても要旨は変わらない。
その飛散された堆肥は前記規制枠8により、枝に
飛散されることなく樹の根本に飛散される。そし
て、堆肥の積込み、運搬、散布の3工程を上記し
たように繰返して行なう。
