Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Rovings having different color and untwisted from several kinds of rovings 1A to 1C rotatably supported on a bobbin holder 2 are each passed through a roving rod 3 to uniformly arrange these rovings and successively passed through a trumpet 4, a pair of back rollers 5 and 6, a pair of middle rollers 7 and 8 through aprons 9 and 10 and a pair of front rollers 11 and 12 while being drafted by each pair of rollers having different peripheral velocities and further twisted together since the pair of front rollers 11 and 12 to provide the objective slub yarn of fine spun monofilament 13 in which one of a plurality of fleece zones constituting monofilament intermittently has slub parts X along the yarn axis.
