``Prior Art'' There are many technical documents on conventional methods for detecting this kind of undried seaweed. For example, the special public official court in 1977-
No. 27708 is a sorting method and device for a seaweed dryer, in which electrode plates are arranged alternately on the detection roller, the moisture contained in seaweed is electrically detected via both electrode plates, and based on the detection results, The structure is such that the seaweed is separated and transported to each transport route. The detection device for defective seaweed disclosed in JP-A No. 55-70647 has a conductive guide plate and a large number of detection contacts made of conductive material that come into contact with and separate from the guide plate depending on the presence or absence of defective seaweed, such as holes and cuts. This is a device that detects defective seaweed by connecting and separating the guide plate and the detection contact piece. Furthermore, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-3567, a method for detecting undried seaweed was proposed. This method detects dry areas.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' As detailed above, although the inventions in the technical literature do have the advantage of being able to detect and sort undried seaweed, there are considerable mechanical problems. That is, the undried part of the dried seaweed is detected by a rotatably supported detection roller, which has a set of two conductive disks and an insulating disk, an insulating collar, etc. between them. The structure is such that a large number of rollers are sequentially inserted and supported at close intervals on the rotating shaft, or the conductive parts and the insulating parts are arranged in a lattice pattern on the outer peripheral surface of the roller. Therefore, in order to assemble the detection roller, a large number of conductive disks, insulating disks, insulating collars, etc. are required, and these parts must be assembled one by one in the correct order, which increases the assembly processing cost. There is a lot of room for improvement in order to reduce the number of parts and reduce the number of parts. In addition, since the mechanism is to detect undried parts after peeling the seaweed from the seaweed cage, it is considered difficult to immediately respond to the seaweed during the manufacturing process, and there is a risk that the response will be delayed. In addition, there is a possibility that a large number of defective sheets of dried seaweed may occur depending on the situation. Furthermore, new auxiliary equipment is required as a detection roller, which makes the device more complicated and requires more sophisticated management, operation, etc.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' In view of the above, the present invention is designed to extremely simplify the structure and to reliably detect undried parts of seaweed when it is attached to the seaweed cage. , the gist of which is that it has a detection function for undried seaweed, etc., by arranging electrodes in rows at appropriate intervals between the seaweed cages, and extending cords and/or contacts connected to the electrodes outside the seaweed cages. When the cord of the seaweed cage was in contact with the overhead wire installed in the drying room,
It is configured to detect undried areas, etc.

``Function'' Next, to outline the function of the present invention, when the cord and/or contact of the nori basin comes into contact with the overhead wires installed at appropriate locations in the drying room and the electrodes are energized, as shown in Figure 2. As shown, if there is moisture between the electrodes, the electrodes are energized through the moisture, the detection device is activated, and the switching contact is then closed and the control device is activated. This makes it possible to sort out defective dried seaweed that has undried parts. On the other hand, if there is no moisture, the electrode will be in an almost non-energized state,
Since the detection device is activated, the opening/closing contact is subsequently opened, and the control device is not activated, it is possible to select high-quality dried seaweed and the like without any undried parts.

``Example'' Shimoshita An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a seaweed cage, and the seaweed cage 1 is made of a number of bamboo-like rods, rod-shaped bodies made of synthetic resin, etc. 2
Moreover, one electrode 3 and the other electrode 4 are arranged side by side between the screen constituent members 2 at appropriate intervals. In some cases, the electrodes 3 and 4 may be placed adjacent to each other at an appropriate interval. Cords 5 and 6 and/or contacts 5a and 6a are connected to the electrodes 3 and 4, respectively, and are configured to protrude from the seaweed basin 1. Normally, one sheet of seaweed A is cut into the seaweed cage 1, but as shown in FIG. 4, there are cases where a large number of sheets of seaweed A, such as eight sheets, are cut. As shown in FIG. 3, the seaweed cage 1 constructed in this manner is hung on a conveyor 11 for conveying the seaweed cage provided in the drying chamber 7a of the seaweed dryer 7. Reference numerals 9 and 10 designate overhead wires such as trolley wires installed at appropriate locations within the drying chamber 7a or outside the dryer 7, such as on the exit side, which will be described later. In the figure, 13 is a pot, 14 is a fan, 15 is a heating chamber, 16 is a detection device, 17 is an opening/closing contact, and 18 is a control device such as an alarm device or a conveyor drive/stop device, a speed control device, etc.

Next, to explain how the present invention is used, heating chamber 1
The hot air generated through heat exchange with the surface of the pot 13 disposed in the heating chamber 15 is supplied to the drying chamber 7a through a communication section between the heating chamber 15 and the drying chamber 7a. Therefore, the seaweed A introduced into the drying chamber 7a is sequentially dried by this hot air and transported toward the exit side (for example, the lower side in this example) of the drying chamber 7a. To go. In this process, the drying chamber 7
When the cords 5, 6 and/or the contacts 5a, 6a of the seaweed cage 1 come into contact with the overhead wires 9, 10 installed at appropriate locations in a, the electrodes 3, 4 are energized, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. is closed and the control device 1
8 is activated. As a result, defective dried seaweed, etc. with undried parts is detected and conveyed to the conveyor 1 of the drying room 7a.
By stopping or slowing down the drying process in drying chamber 7a and drying thoroughly in the drying chamber 7a, it is possible to eliminate undried parts and produce high-quality dried seaweed. On the other hand, moisture B
If the electrodes 3 and 4 are not energized, the detection device 16 will be activated, and the opening/closing contact 17 will then be opened and the control device 18 will not be activated. Can be sorted.

As shown in the figure, the device of the present invention has electrodes 3, 4, contacts 5a, 6a, a detection device 16, etc., and integrally controls, for example, four seaweed cages 1 installed adjacent to the conveyor 11. If this is done, various methods of detection can be devised.

[Effects of the invention] Since the present invention has the structure described in detail above, it does not require new incidental equipment such as a detection roller, and the mechanism can be simplified and running costs can be reduced.
The number of parts is significantly reduced, which helps conserve resources and labor. Furthermore, since the method is an improvement to the seaweed cage, it is possible to simplify the drying device and simplify management and operation. Furthermore, since it is a mechanism for detecting undried or overdried parts in the dried state in a seaweed cage, it is possible to detect it during the drying process, and it also enables quick response during the drying process. We can expect great expansion.
In particular, with the present invention, it is possible to detect undried parts of seaweed in the drying room, so if there are undried parts, for example, it can be adjusted by stopping the conveyor, slowing down the conveyor, stopping the hot air, etc. This is very meaningful because it prevents countermeasures from falling behind, such as virtually eliminating the occurrence of defective dried seaweed.
