Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an optical disk of high practicability which has a low cost characteristic and good recording and reproducing characteristics in combination by constituting the disk into the solid sticking constitution consisting in adhering two sheets of transparent org. substrates on which recording films are deposited via an org. intermediate layer in such a manner that the recording film surfaces face each other.
