Claims (1)
- 住宅や庭、駐車場等の地下に少なくとも下部が
埋設され、上部に開口する出入口から室内に出入
可能な地下格納室において、前記出入口開口の一
辺に蝶着され、該蝶着部を支点として回動されて
開口する開閉扉と、一端が室内の前記蝶着部下方
において枢支され、他端が前記開閉扉の開口部近
傍で枢支されたガススプリング等の伸長手段とか
ら成る開閉機構を有し、該開閉機構により、前記
開閉扉を開閉することを特徴とする地下収納室の
出入口開閉扉。
