本考案は管状型膜モジユールのエアー抜きの構
造に関し、特に垂直型管状型膜モジユールの上側
ヘツドのUベンド全てに独立して外気との連通孔
を設け、モジユールの運転休止時に上記連通孔の
密閉板を開けることで、多孔支持管内を外気と連
通して同管内が減圧を防止すると共に、運転開始

し、筒状ケース内に収納し、該ケースの両端部を
多数のUベンドを有するヘツドで固定し上記多孔
支持管をジグザグ状に連通せしめ、両ヘツド間を
長尺ボルト一本で緊結した管状型膜モジユールに
おいて、上側の全てのUベンドそれぞれと外気と
の連通孔を上側ヘツドの長尺ボルト近傍に開口せ
しめ、該開口した連通孔全てを同時に密閉する密
閉板を長尺ボルトに螺合して設けたことを特徴と
する管状型膜モジユールのエアー抜きの構造であ

連通せしめ両ヘツド4,4を長尺ボルト5で緊結
した構成となつている。そして、本考案では、上
側の全てのUベンド6それぞれと外気との連通孔
7が上側ヘツド4の長尺ボルト5近傍に開口せし
めてあり、該連通孔7全てを同時に密閉する密閉
板8が長尺ボルト5に螺合して設けてある。この
密閉板8にはハンドル9が一体的に設けてあり、
ハンドル9の操作により連通孔7を密閉・開設で
きるようになつている。再に密閉板8のヘツド4
と接する面はパツキン10が張られており、連通

時には密閉板を上げ連通孔を外気と連通させるこ
とで、Uベンド内又は管状膜内が大気圧となり、
管状膜内の原水が膜を透過して管状膜内が減圧
(負圧)になることを防止できる。従つて膜の剥
