  1. マイクロ波ＩＣをプリント基板に実装するため
    のＩＣ用ソケツトであつて、樹脂を素材として絶
    縁体からなるソケツト本体にマイクロ波ＩＣピン
    との接続用の複数の端子と、前記各端子を中心と
    してそれぞれ配設され前記プリント基板のグラン
    ドパターンに接地された金属製の円筒形スリーブ
    とを有することを特徴とするＩＣ用ソケツト。
