Claims (1)
- 整流装置の冷却体を介して冷却される整流素子
の加熱に対する保護装置において、前記整流装置
の適宜の整流素子の冷却体に設けられた単一もし
くはそれぞれが温度に対する動作設定値において
異なる複数個の温度センサと、前記整流装置の出
力電流を設定する適宜の電流設定器と、前記整流
装置からの帰還電流を検出する帰還電流検出器と
、演算増幅器からなり前記温度センサ、前記電流
設定器並びに前記帰還電流検出器の出力信号が入
力する比例積分調節器とから構成され、前記温度
センサが所定の温度を検知して動作することによ
り前記比例積分調節器の出力信号が変化し、前記
整流装置の移相器を介して各スタツクの整流素子
の位相制御を行うようにしてなることを特徴とす
る整流素子の過熱に対する保護装置。
