Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:An aconitine based compound expressed by formula I (R1 is benzoyl or anisoyl; R2 is methyl or ethyl; R3 is acetyl when R1 is benzoyl and R3 is acetyl or H when R1 is anisole; R4 is higher fatty acid residue). EXAMPLE:3-Acetyl-8-O-linoleoyl-14-benzoylmesaconitine. USE:Analgesic and antiphlogistic agents having low toxicity and having actin different from morphine without making an effect on the analgesic action even in use with an antinarcotic through the analgesic action is weak compared with morphine. PREPARATION:Hydroxyl group at 3 position of mesaconitine expressed by formula II, aconitine expressed by formula III or dieconitine expressed by formula IV is acetylated and then acetyl group at 8 position is substituted with a higher fatty acid residue or acetyl group at 8 position of diecosaconitine is substituted with a higher fatty acid residue to provide the compound expressed by formula I.
