Abstract
PURPOSE:To restart an engine smoothly without mixing foam into fuel to be fed to the engine by integrally coupling a fuel path of a fuel injector through a fuel rail having heat radiating function for cooling fuel. CONSTITUTION:A fuel path 5 for feeding fuel to a fuel injector 33 is formed and coupled integrally with a fuel rail 3 having heat radiating function for cooling fuel. Since the temperature of fuel passing through the fuel rail 3 is relatively low and the fuel path 5 is communicated at side positions of a valve 11, the speed of fuel passing through a filter 14 is considerably lower than the speed of fuel passing through the fuel path 5. Consequently, foam is hardly produced in the fuel injector 33 due to steam and not mixed with fuel to be fed to the engine, thus enabling relatively smooth restart of engine even under high temperature.
