Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、下水その他汚水から分離されたスク
リーンかす等を排出するホツパ装置に関するもの
で、ホツパの下方にその開閉板の合目の直下から
側方まで移動する汚水受樋とその汚水を導き去る
排水樋と両側方に垂れるカーテンを巻いたカーテ
ンドラムとを設け、ホツパ開放時に上記汚水受樋
をホツパ直下から側方へ移動してホツパ落下物か
ら待避せしめると共にその移動と連動してカーテ
ンドラムの回転によりカーテンを両側方に降下展
張し、ホツパ閉時に汚水受樋及びカーテンを原状

は排水管を示し、以上各部は次の如く構成され

保持し、ロツド12の収縮により腕14,15は
関節部13で折れて腕15を介し開閉板1a,1

して一側のカーテンドラム4aと更にスプロケツ
トホイール24、チエン25及びスプロケツト2
6を介し他側のカーテンドラム4bをそれぞれ回
転してカーテン4c,4dを垂下展張せしめる。
それと同時にカーテンドラム4a,4b軸上のス
プロケツトホイール24,26,27,28とチ
エン25,29の回転運行により汚水受樋2が移
動してこの受樋2は一側の開閉板1aの開く方向
と同じ方向へ変位し、ホツパ内スクリーンかすの
落下位置から外れた所に来るので、この状態でホ
ツパ開閉板1a,1bを開閉シリンダ11の操作
により開放すると、ホツパ1から落下するスクリ
ーンかすが上記汚水受樋2に引掛つたり衝撃を与

ツパ下方の搬出トラツク等の入車位置が落下汚水
によつて汚される虞がなく、そしてホツパ開閉板
が開いてスクリーンかすを落下させる際は上記汚
水受樋を側方へ移動して之を落下スクリーンかす
から待避せしめると同時に両側方にカーテンドラ
ムからカーテンを垂下展張してスクリーンかすや
汚水が側方へ飛散するのを防止する効果があり、

け、また前記汚水受樋は前記駆動力伝達部材に連
結して、カーテンの降下作動と汚水受樋のホツパ
ー側方への移動及びカーテンの巻き上げ作動と汚
水受樋の開閉板の合目直下方向への移動を連動さ
せたことを特徴とするスクリーンかす等排出用ホ
