CONSTITUTION:Carrying a video camera 1 for photographing a transmission line and a flaw detection sensor 2, a self-travelling inspection device C runs on a transmission line A to detect a flaw canning the transmission line A with the travelling flaw detection sensor 2. Any flaw in the transmission line A is detected with the flaw detection sensor 2 to output a flaw detection signal.
