Abstract

PURPOSE:To correct the shading of a photographing system by sequentially picking up images illuminated in respective light emission patterns, displaying them on a monitor and observing the monitor so that the optimum light emission pattern is decided with the correction of shading. CONSTITUTION:When the sequential photographing of three-color surfaces is completed, a CPU 67 reads out the image signals of respective colors stored in a frame memory part 43 and transmits them to an image process part 47. The signals are transmitted to a driver 48 after image processes such as the color correction, gradation correction, negative-positive inversion and D/A conversion, etc., are executed to them in the process part 47. And the positive color image is displayed on the monitor 49 so as to observe the state of shading correction of a printer system. Next, by operating a pattern selection key 65b, a CRT 1 is made to emit light in the light emission pattern obtained by superposing the light emission pattern of a frame memory 54 on that of a frame memory 52b. Then the illuminated negative image is picked up to be displayed on the monitor 49 and the state of shading correction of the printer system can be observed. Thus, shading can be easily corrected.
