    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カセツトから引き出したテープを記録再生ヘツ
    ドに巻き付けてローデイング状態とするテープ引
    き出し式のカセツトテープの記録再生装置におい
    て、カセツトテープの記録再生装置への装着及び
    取り出し時に開閉するカセツトドアを手動で開け
    る開放手段と、カセツトテープのアンローデイン
    グ時には前記開放手段の動作を許可する一方、ロ
    ーデイング時には前記開放手段の動作を阻止する
    動作阻止手段とを備え、カセツトテープのアンロ
    ーデイング時には装置の電源オフ時にもカセツト
    テープの取り出しを可能としたことを特徴とする
    カセツトテープの取り出し装置。
