いることを特徴とする電子部品。 (2) 上記段部は、上記極性表示マークの端縁を
基準線として該表示マーク側に凹まされている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子部品。 (3) 上記段部は、上記極性表示マークの端縁を
基準線として該表示マークの外側に突出している
