Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属基板上に絶縁膜を介して電極層、アモルフ
アスシリコン層、透明電極層が積層形成され、か
つ所定箇所に切欠もしくは孔等よりなる電極取出
部が形成された太陽電池と、 前記電極取出部に対応する導電層、および前記
電極層に対応する熱硬化性導電接着層、並びに前
記絶縁膜に対応する熱硬化性絶縁接着層がベース
基板上に形成されたフイルム基板と、 前記電極取出部内を通して前記フイルム基板の
導電層に一方が接続され、他方が内部回路に接続
される導電接続部材と、 を備えてなる太陽電池の接続構造。
