管から上記貯留部内に供給された汚泥を該貯留部
内の汚泥層で緩衝させることができ、このため、
上記汚泥供給管からの供給汚泥による上記貯留部
内の攪拌力が非常に弱く、該貯留部内の汚泥層を
全体が穏やかな水位面に維持できる。しかも、上
