Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the use of resistive components with high accuracy and high cost and to simplify the constitution by using a current controlled by an output transistor(TR) as an output current. CONSTITUTION:An output TR Q1 connecting to an output of an operational amplifier OP 1 is connected to a power supply Vc via a resistor R3. A voltage caused at a terminal of a resistor R2 connected to the emitter of the output TR Q1 is fed ack to other input of the operational amplifier OP 1. The collector of the output TR Q1 is connected to one input of a 2nd operational amplifier OP 2. The output TR Q2 is connected to the output of the operational amplifier OP 2 and connected to the power supply Vc via the resistor R3. Then the current Io controlled by the output TR Q2 is an output current. In varying the resistors R1-R3, the output current is selected to be a range of 20-4mA or in other range. Moreover, a reference voltage source Vs is formed by dividing the Zener voltage Vz of the Zener diode ZD by means of resistors r1, r2.
