INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a plant growth promoter for use in agriculture and horticulture, for example. Conventional Technology Many substances are known as growth promoters for plants, such as auxin, gibberellin, cytokinin, indoleacetic acid, nicotinic acid amide, and vitamin B1 , but all of them are expensive or have limited efficacy. It is insufficient. For example, nicotinic acid amide is used for the growth of rice seedlings, but its effect on growth is not sufficient. Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, an easily available and sufficiently effective plant growth promoter is not yet known. Means for Solving the Problems The present inventor conducted numerous experiments over many years, cultivated paddy rice seedlings with water (boiled and cooled tap water, hereinafter referred to as ordinary water), and promoted the growth of various vitamins. The effect was investigated. As a result, vitamin A, vitamin D, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, etc. were almost ineffective. Furthermore, when aqueous solutions of vitamin B 1 , vitamin B 6 , or nicotinic acid amide were given alone, they were sometimes effective but sometimes ineffective, and the experimental results varied greatly. Even when two of these three vitamins were used in combination, good results were not always obtained. However, when a mixed aqueous solution of these three vitamins was used, a more significant growth-promoting effect was always exhibited than when these vitamins were used alone or when both were used. The present invention is based on the above discovery,
This is a plant growth promoter containing B 1 , vitamin B 6 and nicotinic acid amide. Vitamin B 1 , vitamin B 6 and nicotinamide are commercially available. When these agents are used, for example, as an aqueous solution, they are preferably applied to plants at a concentration of 10 to 300 ppm, preferably 50 to 200 ppm. If the concentration is less than 10 ppm, the effect is small, and even if it is used at a concentration exceeding 200 ppm, it is difficult to expect a proportional increase in the effect. The growth promoter of the present invention is preferably applied to the roots or leaves of plants at the time of sprouting, cuttings, or planting. It is generally preferred that the application be in the form of an aqueous solution. If desired, it may be used as a mixture with other growth promoters, fertilizers, etc. In addition to aqueous solutions,
For example, suspended preparations, aqueous solutions, wettable powders, powders,
It may be prepared into a dosage form such as granules, and appropriate carriers, dispersants, spreading agents, etc. may be added as necessary. If desired, a preparation containing the vitamins of the present invention at a high concentration may be supplied to a consumer and diluted before use. Effect The growth promoter of the present invention promotes plant growth activity by being absorbed into the plant body through the roots and leaves of the plant, resulting in, for example, increased rooting, increased seedling height, and survival. It has the effect of lengthening the period. EXAMPLES The present invention will be explained below in the form of examples. The present inventor has spent many years researching substances that promote the growth of various agricultural and horticultural plants.
It is extremely difficult to prepare a large number of uniform plant seedlings with little individual variation. Since paddy rice can be conveniently used in this respect, paddy rice was used in the following Reference Examples and Examples. Reference example: Paddy from the same strain of rice, which was selected with uniform appearance and grain size to minimize individual differences, was placed in a paper-lined shear tray, and then washed with ordinary water (tap water was boiled to remove chlorine). A large number of seedlings were prepared by spreading the cooled seeds (the same applies hereinafter) and leaving them in a relatively dark place for about 10 days to germinate and grow. On the other hand, a test tube with a capacity of 20ml (diameter 2cm, length 7.5cm)
Prepare a large number of test tubes, one set of 3 to 5 test tubes for each type of reagent (one type for each vitamin type or composition and each concentration), and prepare test tubes containing only regular water as a control. did. Young seedlings are 5-8 cm long from seed to leaf tip.
At that time, seedlings of approximately the same length were selected and the lengths of the first and second leaves were measured. In either case, adjust the amount of water in the test tubes to 12 ml, put one young seedling with seeds and roots in each test tube, place it in a thermostat with a 60W fluorescent light, and heat it at 26-30℃. It was kept at a constant temperature between. The seedlings were placed in the constant temperature bath at a distance of approximately 20 cm from the light source, and the illuminance was approximately 2000 lux. After 10 to 14 days, the grown seedlings were taken out and the lengths of one, two, and three leaves were measured and the lengths of each leaf were added up, but the yellowed part of the leaf was not measured, only the green part was measured. . When using only regular water as a control, some of the leaves turned pale green, but we had no choice but to measure the length of the leaves as they were. In addition, in the case of the test plots, there were sometimes wide leaves, but it was difficult to measure the area of the leaves, so only the length was measured. Add the lengths of the first and second leaves of the seedlings at the beginning of the test,
The average value of 3 to 5 plants was taken, the lengths of one leaf, two leaves, and three leaves after the test were added, the average value was taken in the same way, and the growth fold was calculated from the ratio of each average value before and after the test. Thus, the growth multiples of the control plot (regular water only) and the test plot were calculated, and the growth rate (%) of the test plot was calculated with the growth multiple of the control plot as 100. The results are shown in Table 1.

[Table] Example 2 Same as Reference Example except that a mixed aqueous solution containing nicotinamide, vitamin B 1 (hydrochloride), and vitamin B 6 plus ferric sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate and L-cysteine hydrochloride was used as the reagent. A similar test was conducted. The concentrations of nicotinamide, vitamin B 1 (hydrochloride), vitamin B 6 and ferric sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate were each 10 ppm, and the concentration of L-cysteine hydrochloride was 2 ppm. The growth rate of each seedling relative to the growth in the case of only regular water, which was used as a control, is as follows. 145% 165% 130% 134% 138% 152% Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, plant growth can be effectively promoted using easily available vitamin B 1 , vitamin B 6 and trace amounts of nicotinic acid amide. Not only is it effective for growth, but it also has the effect of lengthening the survival period of plants, increasing their vigor, and improving the gloss of their leaves.
