Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust a delicate position shift between a printing head and a table automatically and perform precise mold matching by providing an engagement member which can be engaged freely of an engagement part for positioning a table support on the main body of a frame after stopping the table at almost a required printing position through its intermittent drive control. CONSTITUTION:A servo drive system motor is pulse-controlled by a pulse encoder to rotate a table 7 on which a material to be printed is mounted to a position which almost corresponds to a printing head, and stop the table there. After this, an engagement member a arranged on the main body of the frame 22 is driven under control by a drive control mechanism, so that said member is engaged with an engagement part 20 for positioning a table support 6. Subsequently, a position shift between the printing head and the table 7 is corrected by the engagement action, if some backlash occurs in a drive gear system and the subsequent delicate position shift results. Thus precise and non-error mold matching is realized.
