CONSTITUTION:A winding core supporter has a right hand feed thread shaft 11 and a left hand feed thread shaft 12 along a rail 6 further a right hand feed engaging mechanism 13, engaging the right hand feed thread shaft 11 with and disengaging it from a winding core mounting arm 1, and a left hand feed engaging mechanism 14, engaging the left hand feed thread shaft 12 with and disengaging it from the winding core mounting arm 1, provided in every winding core mounting arm 1. When the winding core mounting arm 1 is moved, placing the right hand feed thread shaft 11 and the left hand feed thread shaft 12 to be respectively left as driven rotating in the predetermined direction by a rotary driving gear, the winding core mounting arm 1 is moved simultaneously to the desired position by actuating the engaging mechanisms 13, 14 to be engaged with the shafts 11, 12.
