Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a sintered long product having high quality at good yield and productivity by packing the titled Ni base alloy powder into gap between Ni-made cylindrical body and a core inserted in the inner part thereof and sintering the above powder after drawing the wire by swaging. CONSTITUTION:In the center of the inner part of Ni-made tube 1, the core 1a is arranged so as to extend toward longitudinal direction of the tube 1. Successively raw material powder 2 of the nitride precipitated reinforcing type Ni base alloy is packed in the gap between the pipe 1 and the core 1a. Next, the tube 1 packing the raw material powder 2 is drawn to wire, for example, by swaging 5. Then, the wire drawing work may use roller dies or extrusion pressing wire machine. By this wire drawing work,the raw material powder 2 in the tube 1 is formed as fine wire-like burying the core 1a at the center and having the outer diameter L' and the inner diameter l'. Therefore, under this condition, by heating the tube 1 to sinter the raw material powder 2, the nitride precipitated reinforcing type Ni base alloy fine wire is obtd.
