Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ガラス製筒体と金属製筒体の組合せにより構成
された筒体および当該筒体の両端に気密に固定さ
れた金属製蓋部材を有してなる封体を具え、前記
金属製蓋部材の一方が陽極とされ、前記金属製筒
体の１つが動作金属収納体とされる金属蒸気レー
ザ管において、 前記動作金属収納体より前記陽極とされる一方
の金属製蓋部材に向かつて伸びる、その中央にレ
ーザ光の通過口を有する複数の金属蒸気規制用デ
イスクが設けられていることを特徴とする金属蒸
気レーザ管。
