Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ガラス製筒体と金属製筒体の組合せにより構成
された筒体および当該筒体の両端に気密に固定さ
れた金属製蓋部材を有してなる封体を具え、前記
金属製蓋部材の一方が陽極とされ、前記封体内に
筒状の陰極が配置され、前記金属製筒体の１つが
動作金属収納体とされる金属蒸気レーザ管におい
て、 陽極側に位置する一端が拡開されて前記動作金
属収納体に融着されたガラス製細管と、その一端
が当該ガラス製細管の拡開された一端とは逆方向
に拡開されて封体に融着され、その他端が当該ガ
ラス製細管を微少の隙間を有して覆うよう伸ばさ
れた筒状のガラス製規制部材とを有し、 前記筒状の陰極が、前記ガラス製細管の一端と
他端との間において当該ガラス製細管と前記封体
とに囲まれた空間内に配置されたことを特徴とす
る金属蒸気レーザ管。
