用する巻芯セツトの脱落の有無を監視するための
巻芯セツト長さの監視機構7として巻芯セツトの
長さと搬送手段の送り速度値を制御部8に予め設
定するための入力部9と、搬送されている巻芯セ
ツトの前端部が通過した瞬間と後端部が通過した
瞬間の信号を制御部に送るための通過検出手段1
0と、通過検出手段から送られてくる信号によつ
て演算して得られた巻芯セツト毎の長さと入力部
からの設定値とを比較して両者が相違する場合に
は巻芯セツトに脱落があると判定して停止手段1
