Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the uniformity of the washing degree of objects to be washed and to prevent washing insufficiency and over-washing by providing a transparency sensor and a control circuit and stopping a washing process at the time of detecting the saturating level of washing. CONSTITUTION: The transparency sensor 1 detects the transparency of washing waste in a 'washing' process. On the operation panel of this washing machine, a sensor adjuster 2 for setting the detection accuracy of the transparency sensor 1 is provided. The control circuit 3 samples the transparency detected in the transparency sensor 1 every 30 seconds for instance, obtains a difference from the value of a previous time stored in a register 4 in a subtractor 5, stores the detection value of this time in a register 4, defines that the 'washing' process is ended when the difference is close to '0' in a comparator 6 and outputs control signals for switching the washing process to a 'rinsing' process which is the next process to the operation control part 7 of a washing machine body.
