６図は第５図の―線による断面図である。 １…電子銃、２…スライド部、３…固定部、４
…真空シール材、６…溶接室、８…固定側蒸着防
止板、１１…電子ビーム、１２…金属蒸気、１３
…電子銃移動装置、２１…移動側蒸着防止板、２
２…移動金具。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部が真空に保持されて溶接が行なわれる溶接
    室、電子ビームを発生する電子銃、上記溶接室と
    電子銃との中間に設けられて上記電子銃を電子ビ
    ームに対して直角方向に直線移動させるための真
    空シールを有した電子銃移動装置、電子銃から発
    生された電子ビームにより溶接物を溶接する際に
    発生する金属蒸気の蒸着を防止するために上記電
    子銃移動装置と溶接物との間に設置されている移
    動側蒸着防止板、上記電子銃移動装置のスライド
    部に固定されて上記移動側蒸着防止板を貫通しそ
    の内部を電子ビームが通る移動金具、及び、上記
    溶接室に固定されると共に上記移動金具が貫通し
    ている上記移動側蒸着防止板の溶接物側に設置の
    固定側蒸着防止板を備え、上記移動側蒸着防止板
    は、それぞれ移動金物が貫通する長さの異なる長
    穴を有する複数枚の移動側蒸着防止板から構成さ
    れていることを特徴とする電子ビーム溶接装置。
