図は同じく本考案の他の実施例を示す部分縦断面
図である。第７図ないし第９図は、第１図ないし
第３図に示す実施例の治具の使用状態を示す説明
図である。第１０図ａ〜ｄはフイツテイングの取
付の作業手順を示す説明図である。第１１図は従
来のギヤツプ出し治具を示す斜視図である。第１
２図ａ及びｂは、従来のギヤツプ出し治具の使用
状態を示すもので、ａは横断面図、ｂは縦断面図
である。第１３図及び第１４図はそれぞれ従来の
治具によりギヤツプ出しに不都合を生じている状
態を示す説明図である。 図において、２は脚部、３は連結部、４はフイ
ツテイング保持ロツド、９はフイツテイング取付

Claims (1)
- 各下端を、配管のフイツテイング取付位置を挾
んだ配管部位に固定し得る１対の脚部と、該１対
の脚部を連結する連結部と、端部にフイツテイン
グ取付部を有し、前記連結部に配管と直交する方
向に対して進退可能に設けられるフイツテイング
保持ロツドとを有してなるホツトタツプ工法にお
けるフイツテイング隅肉溶接部のギヤツプ出し治
具。
