Claims (1)
- 台盤の上面に立設された一対の支柱に沿つて垂
直に昇降する包丁により、前記台盤の上面に位置
する受座に載置された食料品を切断する食料品用
カツターにおいて、前記支柱の側面に垂直方向へ
沿つた前記包丁が挿入される案内溝を設け、前記
支柱の上端にキヤツプを装着し、このキヤツプと
一体的に前記案内溝に嵌入して案内溝巾を設定す
る溝巾規制部を突設することを特徴とする食料品
用カツター。
