Claims (1)
- 内側チユーブと、前記内側チユーブの外側に同
軸状に設けられた外側チユーブと、前記内側チユ
ーブと外側チユーブの間の両端を閉塞するシリン
ダカバーと、前記内側チユーブ、外側チユーブ、
及びシリンダカバーによつて囲まれた空間内を摺
動するとともにこの空間を２つのシリンダ室に二
分するピストンと、前記シリンダ室に流体を供給
するためのポートと、前記ピストンに設けられた
ピストン磁石と、前記内側チユーブ内を摺動可能
に設けられたスライダと、前記スライダに設けら
れ前記ピストン磁石と磁気的に吸引し合うスライ
ダ磁石と、前記スライダに連結されたロツドとを
有してなる流体圧シリンダ装置。
