層、6……セメンタイト相、7……レデブライト
相、8……ソルバイト、ベーナイトおよびマルテ
ンサイトの混合相、9……パーライト。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に硬質層を備えた鋳鉄カムにおいて、硬質
    層がレーザー、電子ビーム、TIGアーク等の密
    度エネルギー源によつて加熱再溶融し自己冷却過
    程により表面に形成したセメンタイトを主体とし
    たチル相と、続いて再溶融時と同一の熱源を用い
    て表面を加熱することによりカムシヤフト表面組
    織のセメンタイト以外のマトリクス部を焼入れ相
    とを有することを特徴とするカムシヤフト。
