Claims (1)
- 光が透過するガラス面とガスの出入口とを有す
るフローセルと、前記フローセル内を照射する赤
外線光源と、酸化窒素が吸収する赤外線の波長を
透過するバンドパスフイルター、二酸化窒素が吸
収する赤外線の波長を透過するバンドパスフイル
ター、及び前記両方の波長を遮光するバンドパス
フイルター からなるフイルターユニツトと、前
記フイルターユニツトの回転・位置決め機構と、
前記フイルターユニツトの後方に配置された赤外
線検出器とを具えたことを特徴とする窒素酸化物
計測装置。
