No more than two items. Therefore, as with general bridge bearings, monorail girder supports are designed to support the girder's own weight, vertical forces from vehicles, and horizontal forces during earthquakes, while also being able to release displacements such as tilting and expansion/contraction of the girder. Of course, it is also necessary to have a structure that can withstand centrifugal force from the vehicle or horizontal force due to wind power, and can support the upward lifting force caused by the overturning moment. In addition, since the girder itself is used as a track, it is also required that the structure allows for easy adjustment of the vertical and horizontal positions and inclinations of the girder. Therefore, various studies have been made to meet these requirements as conventional monorail girder bearings, such as those using pin bearings and roller bearings, but they require a considerable amount of man-hours to manufacture. It has the disadvantage of being expensive. In other words, these conventional types are based on the pin support shown in Figs. 3 and 4, or the pin support shown in Figs.
As shown in the figure, in the case of a roller support, and a pin support, the downward protrusion 22 of the upper shoe 21 is inserted between the two upward protrusions 24 of the lower shoe 23, and these protrusions are The edges 24, 22, 24 are rotatably connected by a pin 25, and such an upper shoe 21
and the support 2 by the lower shoe 23 as shown in Figure 4.
It is manufactured as a single unit and placed between the girder 1 and the support legs 3 as described above. 5 and 6 show a movable support using a roller support, and inserting the downward projecting edge 22 of the upper shoe 21 between the two upward projecting edges 24, 24 of the lower shoe 23 is the third step. Similar to the one in Figure 4, but with these ridges 2
4, 23, and 24 are respectively provided with pressure plates 26 above and below, and a roller 28 is movably and rotatably inserted between these pressure plates 26, 26. As shown in FIG. 6, the bearings 2 are manufactured as two pieces and placed between the girder 1 and the support leg 3 in the same manner as described above. However, in such conventional devices, in order to accommodate the relatively narrow configuration of the rail girder 1 as shown in FIG. 1, the left and right supports 2, 2 are manufactured as one piece as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is a structure that requires a lot of man-hours to manufacture, especially the lower shoe 2.
In No. 3, four projecting edges 24, 24, 24, 24 protrude from one lower shoe base plate, and in concrete casting work, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the relative position of each projecting edge 24 and to prevent inclination (fall). Preventing and correcting bending requires a great deal of effort and time. In other words, in this type of cast steel product, distortion or deformation due to shrinkage differences due to temperature differences between parts during the cooling process after casting cannot be avoided.
If the projecting edges 24, 24, 24, 24 are integrally molded with the lower shoe 23 as described above, it is natural that the size of the lower shoe will be considerably large. The amount of distortion or deformation due to the shrinkage difference increases rapidly, and even if the shrinkage deformation per unit dimension is the same, the overall amount of deformation will sufficiently exceed the error range. Moreover, since the plurality of projecting edges 24 are distributed on both sides and the middle part is flat, the temperature difference during the cooling process of casting becomes large.
Since the amount of deformation per unit dimension is also large, the error dimension must also be large. Therefore, in such a conventional lower shoe, after cooling the casting, each flange 22, 2
2, 22, 22 as a whole, each projecting edge 22
The desired dimensional accuracy cannot be obtained unless a large number of measurement points, such as the intervals between the two, are measured and the errors are corrected, and a considerable number of man-hours are required for these measurements and corrections. Also, each ridge 22, 2
2, 22, and 22 are concentrated on only one side of the lower shoe, the lower shoe as a whole bends and falls down significantly, and the spacing between each flange 22 and 22 group tends to change, so it is necessary to correct this. It is also necessary to pay sufficient attention to this. In addition, in terms of processing operations, it is natural that large-scale processing machinery and equipment are required since the shoe is a large one, and since many flange parts are arranged in a special relationship, the processing method is difficult. There are restrictions and it is difficult, and for all these reasons, there is a disadvantage that the number of man-hours is significantly increased and the cost is inevitably increased. That is, at each of the projecting edges 24, 24, 24, 24, the pin 2
When broaching the hole for inserting 5, it is necessary that the cutting tool has a sufficient length to penetrate all the projecting edges 24, 24, 24, 24,
(It is difficult to achieve accurate center alignment when processing from both sides)
Naturally, the processing machinery becomes larger, increasing costs, and there are also difficulties in terms of accuracy. Further, electric discharge machining requires a large machining tank and appropriate movement of the electrode, which is extremely difficult in practice and extremely expensive. Furthermore, precision gas cutting is only applicable to the outer flange because it is not possible to precisely point the torch at the inner flange.

In this embodiment as a support, the insertion of pins 15 into the downward projecting edges 12 of the upper shoe 11 and the upward projecting edges 14, 14 of the lower shoe 13 to connect them is similar to that shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. Similarly, as is clear from FIG. This lower shoe base plate 17 is connected and fixed.

考案である。 When according to the present invention as described above, the projecting edge 14,
The lower shoe body 13 receives the upper shoe protrusion 12 between 14
are used, and their lower shoe parts 13, 13
Since the lower shoe body 13 is attached to the lower shoe base plate 17, it is extremely easy to manufacture the lower shoe body 13 from cast steel. That is, if the spacing between the projecting edges 14, 14 is constant, the lower shoe parts The body 13 is assembled by properly attaching to the upper shoe 11,
In addition, since the lower shoe body 13 is relatively small, it is less likely to collapse or bend during casting, and in both cases, a highly accurate product can be obtained. The small-sized lower shoe body 13 can be easily processed with a small mechanism, and in particular, processing methods such as broaching, electrical discharge machining, or precision gas cutting, which are difficult or impossible to employ with conventional lower shoes, can be freely applied. As a result, a high-precision product can be obtained easily and at low cost. Moreover, since the upper shoe simply has the ridge 12, installation to the bottom of the monorail girder can be carried out with a narrow width of the girder. This can be easily and appropriately achieved under the following conditions, and even if there are a plurality of lower shoe parts as described above, the lower shoe base plate 17 is first attached to the support leg 3, so the support leg 3 side The installation is no different from the conventional one, that is, the installation work for the rail girders and support legs is the same, and as mentioned above, it is possible to provide a monorail support mechanism that is easy to manufacture and inexpensive. This is a highly effective idea in terms of practical production.

ができる。 In the above-described embodiment, the lower shoe base plate 17 is supported on the arcuate support seats 7, 7 provided on the support leg 3, and is able to meet the requirements for the monorail support mechanism as described above. However, this lower shoe base plate 17 does not necessarily have to be a cast product, but can be made by casting. It is clear from the illustrated structure that it can be formed appropriately depending on the product or rolled member and can be manufactured to have excellent strength. Also, the above-mentioned upper shoe 1
In some cases, a plurality of shoes 1 having a protruding edge 12 may be formed, and these may be attached to the upper shoe base plate in the same manner as the lower shoe.
