手段と、 上記データ通信手段からのデータを変調して上
記通信回線に送出したり、上記通信回線からのデ
ータを復調するモデムと、 データ送出した後の所定時間後に上記モデムの
キヤリアを停止する手段と、 上記所定時間を可変にする手段とを有すること
を特徴とするデータ通信装置。
