Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment of a fluid bed type cooling device by forming a circular opening at the circumference part of a table for accumulation of dropping powder granules and blowing the cool air to the accumulated powder granules via said circular opening. CONSTITUTION:A table 43 for accumulation of dropping powder granules 35A is formed concentrically with a down-opening 28 of a supply pipe 26 and supported horizontally under the opening 28 formed opposite to the center part of a cylindrical main body. A circular opening is formed at the outer circumference part of the table 43 and a cooling air device for dropping granules 35A blows out the cooling air to the granules 35A via said circular opening. Thus it is possible to perform the flow rate control to set the cooling temperature at a prescribed level to the high temperature granules 35A by controlling the volume of the cooling air blown out to the granules 35A accumulated on the table 43. Furthermore the flow rate of the granules 35A is always kept at a fixed level since the air is blown out to the granules 35A evenly over the entire circumference of the table 43. Thus the flow rate control of the granules 35A is carried out accurately and the structure of a cooling device is simplified for reduction of the cost of equipment. In addition, the cooling effect is improves since the granules 35A are cooled when those granules 35A are blown out by the cooling air.
