PURPOSE:To decrease the number of stages in assembly work, to shorten lead time, and to improve workability by fixing a magnetic core and a shield plate integrally with a holding case at the time of forming the holding case. A magnetic core 12.12... and a shield plate 13 are set in a prescribed position conformed to said protrusions 11.11.... In said set state, an electrically conductive resin 14 is injected in the die 10, to form a holding case integrally with the magnetic core 12.12 and a shield plate 13. The resin 14 is electrically conductive, hence the grounding of the holding case when it is housed in the shield case can be attained without any problem.
