Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover the whole of a surplus material not adhering to a mold and to perform shortening of the cycle period of time, by a method wherein a skin layer is formed by slush molding and a foamed resin layer is formed by performing spray coating of foaming layer forming resin onto the surface of the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:A skin layer is formed by causing a remaining sol on the inside of a molding die to gel and melt through heating by discharging the sol such as vinyl chloride plastisol after filling of the molding mold with the sol, in slush molding. In other words thermoplastic resin power is loaded within the molding die, heated and a sintered layer (skin layer) is formed. A surplus material can be recovered wholly in a slush molding method as compared with a method forming the skin by applying a coating to the mold. Foaming layer forming resin 4 is applied to the skin layer 2 obtained through the slush molding with a spray gun 3. A foamed layer 5 is formed through mechanical foaming or chemical foaming or hot foaming.
