第１図は本考案による変速機の同期噛合装置の
一実施例におけるインサートキーの形状を示す斜
視図、第２図は第２実施例におけるインサートキ
ーの形状を示す斜視図、第３図は第１、第２の実
施例におけるシンクロハブの構成を示す正面図、
第４図は第１図の―線で切つた状態でのシン
クロハブの構成を示す斜視図、第５図は第１図の
―線矢視断面図、第６図と第７図は従来の変
速機の同期噛合装置の構造を示す要部断面図であ
る。
一実施例におけるインサートキーの形状を示す斜
視図、第２図は第２実施例におけるインサートキ
ーの形状を示す斜視図、第３図は第１、第２の実
施例におけるシンクロハブの構成を示す正面図、
第４図は第１図の―線で切つた状態でのシン
クロハブの構成を示す斜視図、第５図は第１図の
―線矢視断面図、第６図と第７図は従来の変
速機の同期噛合装置の構造を示す要部断面図であ
る。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シンクロハブの外周に形成された切欠にインサ
ートキーを嵌め、更にカツプリングスリーブを同
心円状に外嵌し、ボークリングによりインサート
キーをカツプリングスリーブの内周に付勢するよ
うにした変速機の同期噛合装置において、 前記インサートキーがボークリングによりうけ
る付勢力の方向に対し略直交する側面に突部を設
けると共に、前記シンクロハブの切欠内に該突部
が当接して該ボークリングの付勢方向への抜け止
めをする段部を形成したことを特徴とする変速機
の同期噛合装置。
