Claims (1)
- 内周面及び外周面が夫々インナーコーン外周面
及びアウターコーン内周面に係合するダブルコー
ンを備えた変速機の同期装置において、前記ダブ
ルコーンのリング状母材の内周面及び外周面夫々
に、軸方向の断面形状が楔状をなす凸部と、該凸
部を周方向に沿つて順次複数に分断する溝部とを
設け、樹脂皮膜を前記凸部に取り囲むと共に隣接
する溝部間位置で分断されるように母材の内周面
及び外周面に装着したことを特徴とする変速機の
同期装置。
