Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 略中央部に切り込み処理が施され該切り込み個
    所から２分割可能な裏紙が裏面の接着面に貼付さ
    れたラベルの上記裏紙を自動的に剥離する装置で
    あつて、裏紙が貼付された裏面側を鉛直上方向に
    向けて積載された複数枚のラベルの最上部のラベ
    ルを一枚づつ取り上げ保持すると共にその保持さ
    れた一枚のラベルを予め定められた規定位置まで
    搬送する手段と、該規定位置に設置され上記ラベ
    ルが載置されるプレート状部材であつて上記ラベ
    ルが当接される面の上記裏紙の切り込み位置に相
    当する略中央部が凸状に形成された剥離プレート
    と、上記剥離プレートの上記凸状部に上記ラベル
    の略中央部を押え付けラベルの略中央部を湾曲す
    ることによつて上記裏紙の剛性を利用して上記裏
    紙を上記切り込み個所で２分割すると共に該分割
    部分をラベルから剥離する手段と、裏紙が分割剥
    離された個所のラベル裏面側からラベルのみを上
    記プレートの凸状部に押え付けラベルのみを剥離
    プレートに固定する手段と、上記剥離プレートの
    凸状部に固定されたラベルから上記裏紙全体を剥
    離する手段とを有し、ラベルの裏面側接着面に貼
    付された裏紙をラベルから自動的に剥離すること
    を特徴とするラベルの裏紙自動剥離装置。
